Joseph Rogers
Joseph Rogers, 33 years old, moved to Lake Placid to be with his girlfriend and her family. Shortly after arriving, Joseph got into some trouble and spent eight months in the New River Prison, Unit O. Joseph was released on May 1, 2009. After his release, Joseph checked into a homeless shelter at 609 Allen Avenue in Panama City, Florida.
He stayed there for three days, walked out, and has not been heard from since. There have been no leads to his whereabouts.
