Circumstances	On 12/6/2011 Father, Joseph Donaldson who lives in Alamogordo, NM, reported his son missing. He stated that his son suffers from paranoia schizophrenia and has anti-social behavior, passive aggressive and has suicide tendencies. On 12/22/2012 Joseph Donaldson called and stated that Richard had called him and was staying in an apartment in Las Cruces, NM. Since then Richard has moved and has not been located by LCPD.
